Solar or Wind turbine? Both are good forms of renewable energy that compliment each other. When solar panels are not producing energy, a wind turbine probably is. Solar energy can heat water, a wind turbine cannot. The sun does not shine at night, but turbines work anytime the wind blows. Solar and wind work well together, both should be considered as forms of renewable energy for your home. If used together, you would have a very sustainable home.
